Products & Pricing

• Colors and appearances may vary slightly due to photography and screen settings.
• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
• We reserve the right to modify prices, discontinue products, or correct pricing errors at any time without prior notice.
• Promotional offers and discounts are valid for limited periods and subject to specific terms displayed at the time of the offer.

Orders & Payment

By placing an order on Kalpavya Ayurveda, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your cart. An order is only confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email from us.

Payment Methods: We accept Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (for eligible orders). All online payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant gateways.

Order Cancellation: You may request cancellation within 2 hours of placing your order, provided it has not been dispatched. We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Shipping & Delivery

We aim to deliver your orders promptly and safely. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed:

• Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
• Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 4–6 business days
• Remote Areas: 6–8 business days
• International: 10–15 business days

Free shipping is available on domestic orders above ₹999. Shipping fees for orders below this threshold or international orders will be calculated at checkout. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Returns & Refunds

Your satisfaction is important to us. We accept returns under the following conditions:

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all seals intact.
• Opened consumable products can only be returned if they arrived defective, damaged, or expired.
• Personalized or made-to-order items are not eligible for return unless defective.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping charges on returned items are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, videos, and software — is the property of Kalpavya Ayurveda or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
